      Great work atmosphere. The people are very friendly, and they provide meal coupons for both lunch and dinner.

      Pros

      Each "pod" is basically a high functioning mini-firm. Encounter generally high quality people within teams

      Cons

      Core tech organization basically "rents out" their people at extortionary rates in order to get anything done. Important people charge by the hour to deliver half baked products, and then bill you again when their broken implementation needs fixing. Promised a nice new office but plans were silently killed in a mediocre year. Stuck in a dumpster of an office due to penny pinching management.
