      Pros

      Great Benefits Management is very "open door". They do their best to make themselves available for you when you need and very approachable. Incentive Programs Most co-workers are optimistic but you cant make everyone happy Tons of company events They seem to really care about the employees

      Pros

      - management with an open door policy and willingness to listen and work with you - room for growth - company expansion (this is their first service desk and they are adding more) - company bonuses - shift bid is equal for everyone across the board and not based on seniority - direct hire, no contract - great benefits/insurance/401k/PTO/paid holidays - upper management interacting with the employees and asking for recommendations on how to make this desk be the best

      Cons

      - client doesn't update its knowledge base very fast - negativity from a few coworkers - first time they have had a service desk but they are learning and adapting quickly
