Pros

Work from home is nice

Cons

They claim every employee is like family but treat you like a number. Not concerned in improving your success. Doesn't listen to employee feedback on how to improve. Owner is only interested in "what have you done for me lately". Company set records in sales last year and we got 2 minutes of praise and 2 hours of here is how you are going to work twice as hard.
