      Absolutely none! Can't think of a single one!

      Cons

      The culture at GTS is dim and sad. Everyone works under each other and several people are crammed in rooms smaller than a large closet. This is a company that is driven off of sales and state/government accounts. So much burocracy and red tape! Management talks down and treats employees like trash. CEO is a cluster that should be sucking a binky!

      Pros

      Great Leadership, very supportive of employees and family. GTS believes in their statement "Give Through Service" and encourages employees to participate in service projects that are dear to them. Competitive salary and fantastic benefits round out the personal touch that comes along with working for the company. You can actually tell that leadership cares about their staff.

      Cons

      None that come to mind.

      Management let's their employees do their job. There is limited to no micromanagement.

      Limited support for remote employees.
