      workers treatment

      Pros

      pay you on time, sometimes you get over time, SOME of the managers are approachable.

      Cons

      treatment to the workers is HORRIBLE, no attention to their needs at work(equipment to work with), growth within the company is not encouraged, a lot of favouritism, a lot of cancelling of overtime 5min after announcing it, paying minimum wage, no chance of winning any bonus at all.
