Pay is low while managers benefit significantly

It pays but not much

Cons

Managers are constantly getting bonuses and raises while employees make less than $19 per hour. The company has gone to mostly temporary and gig workers so the managers can get paid more.

Pros

Nice perks if you work on a good client site

Cons

Weaponized safety culture Rolls over to every customer whim Weirdly absent and dislocated HR department Unclear who actually makes decisions for the company. Every manager you talk to even high level corporate managers can't make any decision without consulting yet another higher executive that is out of touch with ground level operations. Pay is actually pretty mediocre even when working for a major technology company. Benefits are terribly expensive. The company likes to talk about how great their benefits are, but they're actually one of the most expensive I've ever paid for.

Interesting business, serve many successful customers

No transparency - Our region learned in Feb 25 that we would receive no bonuses due to "a very difficult 2024" even though all the messaging throughout 2024 was that we were performing well. No strategy - I had no performance goals the entire time I was at the company because the strategy was still being developed. Poor leadership - Leaders don't make time for team members to answer questions, provide guidance, make us feel like we matter. Instability - In 2024 we got a new CIO, CTO, and CHRO. Very difficult to deal with. Then at the end of the year, the CEO announced he was retiring!
