Good Work But...

Great banter on sites I worked at. My boss and colleagues were real fun to be around. I worked with Magdalena to train quite a few drivers over recent time and she always found good people for us who fitted in well.

Cons

Pay isn't great and this means people didn't always stay long term meaning there was lots of coming and going with new starters.

Pros

- Lots of opportunities to progress - L&D is at the forefront of everything we do, which supports with career progression - Not massively Hierarchial, and senior leaders within the business genuinely have the people at the forefront of everything that they do and are very impressionable

Cons

- Not many cons, can just depends on who your customer is - Can sometimes have tight deadlines, but that is logistics!
