      Pros

      The work was easy, and standard for the Aviation Parts Logistics. Pay was okay. Overtime - sometimes unnecessarily mandatory. Good ground floor employees.

      Cons

      Uninvolved corporate leaders. Throughout my tenure more than 10 Supervisors and Team Leads were cycled through. Often being replaced within months. Overtime - sometimes unnecessarily mandatory being sprung on you mid week. Toxic management. Lack of growth opportunities.
