Pros

I work with a fabulous team of people. My manager is keen on me developing and learning within the business and I have completed various courses throughout my employment. GXO also have lots of benefits such as additional holiday purchases, enhanced maternity pay, discounts on retailers, dental insurance, sick pay, lots more than most other companies. If you are willing to put in the work, you will definitely progress and develop within the company.

Cons

Some of the systems used could be improved but hopefully that will happen over time.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with GXO Logistics. From day one, I’ve felt supported and welcomed by both managers and colleagues. The company genuinely invests in employee growth, offering plenty of learning opportunities. I also appreciate the focus on work-life balance, which allows me to maintain a fulfilling life outside of work. The inclusive, positive culture and forward-thinking approach keep me motivated. Managers are approachable, always willing to listen, and they foster a respectful, value-driven environment that makes work both enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

The role involves a lot of admin work, but managers are always looking for ways to streamline and reduce it.
