I've only been at GXO for a little while, but the hiring process has been super smooth. Magda, my recruiter, was awesome and really kept me in the loop about everything. I passed my assessment and the onboarding was pretty easy. I've felt welcomed from day one, and the vibe onsite is really great.

Cons

I really haven't found any downsides yet.
