It wasn't great

none really, it was kind of depressing and they undervalued team members

Cons

when the pandemic happened they let all the office workers go home except the testers, and then a year in they mandated that testers come back to the office and then when work was slow they put us out on the warehouse floor which is not a job we signed up to do. They do not respect their employees, especially those they view as disposable.

I find it hard to write any pros due to the experience I had of the site.

Cons

Environment incredibly toxic. Very clicky team underneath the Senior Leadership and lack of support from Site manager/HR. Would fully recommend avoiding joining this site as its career suicide. GXO would be better suiting gutting out management there and changing the culture.
