      bi-weekly paycheck is delivered on time

      Cons

      Horrible management who only cares about stock price. Advertise great annual results but give employees minimal raise with no bonus.

      Pros

      Really great team of colleagues, supportive and happy to share their knowledge. Good opportunities for training and development too, I've done a few courses already through their 'GXO Uni'. I like all the extra benefits you get from working with bigger companies. They seem to be getting bigger and busier which is good for job security.

      Cons

      Transport links to the estate aren't great if you don't drive.
