      Way too many managers and middle management that do nothing. Lots of double standard and only progression for those who brown nose.

Your experience with management does not reflect the high standards we set ourselves at GXO. All of our managers have leadership training available to them though GXO University to assist them in becoming the best leaders in the industry. Progression opportunities are available to everyone at GXO and we are proud to say that over 50% of our vacancies are filled by internal employees.
