      Incredibly poor leadership and poor turn around rates

      The pay is decent for the area.

      Cons

      It’s bad when managers secretly complain about each other but rather than addressing the issues, they just ignore them. There is no proper training and there is no reward for giving your all. They are so desperate for workers that they won’t do anything about no call no shows or or people consistently showing up late. That place can be ran better by a group of middle schoolers compared to the leadership there
