GXO recognise the importance of equal opportunities and strive in ensuring this is happening. They are always looking and new and innovative ways to do this. Opportunities for development are strong with a strong focus on L&D and internal progression for the right people who adopt a strong work ethics and positive attitude. Despite the size and sometimes complexities of the business, it really has a family feel.
