GXO university provides 1000's of courses for our permanent employees to develop their career in the direction that they want. At GXO we are continuously monitoring pay rates in the market so that we can remain competitive with our salaries, our employees deserve to be paid fairly for the work that they do.

The pay is decent at least

They treat their employees like disposible animals. When they no longer need you, they send a text message instead of telling it to your face that you've been termed. They yell at employees for something as basic as going to the restroom! They yell at you for more production but refuse to pay incentives above 100% production. You have to rush to eat your lunch and can't even shew your food because they purposely place the time clocks so far from the cafeteria. They also love to steal hours so watch your paystubs. I've heard of many employees who had missing hours from their paystubs. Unethical and toxic workplace!
