GXO is a fantastic company offering colleagues huge growth and opportunity. Joining GXO really does give you the best chance to take your career to the next level. The company is vast, with so many customers and differing contracts, you can continually challenge yourself, learn, grow and progress through the company. I have experienced this and love the company. Its fast paced, we care about safety, people and culture.

Cons

GXO are 'on-site' businesses so home working isn't quite so simple, its difficult to get to know our people, culture and processes as well remotely. We have a great culture of engagement across functions with visits and support on site. Its important to be present and visible, even in support roles, but the more effort you put in, the more you will grow as a result!
