      - Medical - PTO - Salary

      Cons

      - The nature of 3PL is that there's lulls and peaks constantly, so you may get off work on time one day, but work way overtime the next - Communication of management is very poor, which seems to be an industry standard - Unable to use PTO because of the lack of communication and/or up and nature of 3PL
