GXO is a very inclusive place to work and include many engagement activities. People are friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming in to work. There are also many opportunities across the UK and many other sites to progress. The environment in the office and warehouse is positive and has a team spirit.

Cons

Not always given the tools to complete the job at best capacity.

Excellent work/ life balance. GXO provides learning opportunities through their "Grow at GXO" program to offer advancement for their employees. Safety oriented company.

Does not support GXO values.
