      Salary Associates Are Not Paid Fairly

      All Associates are paid weekly

      Cons

      Associates that come off the street are paid more than Associates that are promoted. Hourly Associates get quarterly bonuses however salary Associates have to be recommended for a bonus. Even when COVID was around the bonus to come to work was only for hourly Assocaites. Bottom line GXO does not treat their lower Management fairly or as they are appreciated.
