5*.. fantastic! We agree that the canteen at Barnsley is amazing! Please speak with your line manager and/or HR teams about the targets, we work in a client driven environment but they are there to help and support you. We also have some great resources available to colleagues about wellbeing and work-life balance, these are available through MyGXO and the employee assistance programme.
