Management does not have a clue on how to run this business , but also does not seem to want to learn either. Zero communication even between management leads. Very frustrating. They would only point out the negatives and never any of the positives. Leads to a bad outlook for employees. They would hire from the outside even though they insisted on promoting from within. Communication is a must, and it was never established.
