      Progressive forward thinking employer. Good learning opportunity to interact with plethora of systems.

      Cons

      Slow to perform anything that may result in individual recognition. No quarterly reviews, no assessments, few additional trainings. Little to no training infrastructure implemented. SOPs for various proprietary processes seemingly lost. Management, recruiting, and hr does not have the time to listen address or follow up with absolutely any concerns it seems.
