      Pros

      From the first day i have been made to feel very welcome. The people are lovely and friendly and everyone wants you to succeed. There is lots of support and engagement and communication is fantastic.

      Cons

      The onboarding on the systems could be a little better, as there is a lot to learn and take on with new systems.
