      Pros

      Good people on warehouse floor.

      Cons

      Lack of professional training. OT required daily and Saturday’s. Not upfront with expectations from management in hiring process. Vindictiveness towards temp employees. Not enough PIT equipment to do job correctly. No work/family balance.

      Pros

      GXO university, supportive and experienced Managers. Welcoming and friendly people.

      Cons

      None so far, I don’t anticipate any as I researched the company before I started working with GXO and so far everything has been meeting my expectations. If there is a con that I come across, I have no hesitation to speak up to my line manager about it.
