- Nice Offices - Met/Exceeded Salary Expectations

Cons

- Payroll issues every month for a large number of employees. - Growing too fast to keep a pleasant culture; overworked staff and rapid expansion resulting in toxic culture. Basically turned into the definition of a textbook corporation: you are a number, if you're high enough in the company it's great and you see benefits, anything lower they do not care. - Pay more to higher externally rather than investing in existing employees and training them. - Untrusting management Overall view? S*** rolls downhill. If you're looking for a job at GXO, I'd recommend you apply for XPO instead.
