      Pros

      The people who do the work (shipping clerks, pickers, warehouse specialists) are usually really nice, professional, and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Management has absolutely no knowledge of the operation. High turnover in supervisors caused by upper management. 6 supervisors quit within the last 2 months.
