Chances to cross train and advance in the company. Friendly management Good benefits Reasonable PTO

Cons

New Company (Some kinks to work out but are being handled) Is a warehouse therefore weather acclimation is a must.

Three Rotations, Decent starting salary, Good benefits, More autonomy than you'd think, opportunity to explore different areas (Operations / Corporate roles), You can network your way into the roles you want, some roles involve travel.

Cons

Relatively new and unstructured program, lack of training, fast-pace work environment, working in warehouse environments, no access to transportation side of the business.
