Since split from XPO- exciting new changes and reorganizations in process. Great leadership at the Manager, Director and Senior Director levels Career growth opportunities Hard working teams Diversity of teams

Cons

Paralyzed by processes within HR space. Training gaps. With so many processes that differ within each division, most still have not mastered everything after over 1 year of employment. Too many checks and balances leads team members to feel as though their decisions and actions are not trusted by leadership at VP & above

President of the America's and Asia admitted to insider trading when he worked at Kraft Heinz. They will not hire anyone with criminal record but they hired a president that was cheating for his own personal gain. No he did not plead guilty but was fined 300K personally and Kraft Heinz paid over $63M. He was cooking the books. Not a guy I want to be working for. SEC found that the objectives set for the company were unrealistic. You can google SEC Eduardo Pelleissone to see the actual filling
