      Pros

      Great wages, good work/home life balance, you are listened to and feel part of the team! Most importantly you are made to feel safe! I have been here a short while and I already have been given a lot of responsibility, full training goes along with this. the interview process was very fluid, this included a full tour of the site, and an in-depth discussion regarding my role and responsibilities. The training program (GXO university is very good and has a good variety of training to suit my needs).

      Weekend working, its retail so you are informed of this when before you start.
