      Pros

      The people here are wonderful, the job is fairly complex enough that it keeps my interest, benefits are good and start on day 1.

      Cons

      The culture here is rough. There's a lot of fights and walking people off property. A lot of turnover due to the culture. Now that GXO is separate from XPO, i feel that the corporate aspect of is it skewed. Corporate messed up a lot when it came to peak season ( my location is retail). They promised incentives and then take a month to pay them out and still messed them up!
