      Pros

      Can be a good place to work depending on the team and department. There were slowly making progressive changes. There is career growth, but you sometimes have to be willing to move.

      Cons

      My biggest issues was a lack of flexibility and "clock-watching" from managers. They would get upset if you clocked out 1 minute early.
