      Good health insurance benefits with decent rates

      Cons

      Directors and Executives are very disengaged with their hourly and salary direct reports. After many acquisitions and spin offs, the grandfathered senior leadership cover up and protect each other. This causes unfair promotions and unnecessary creation of positions.
