      Great shift pattern if you don't mind the abuse

      Pros

      Good shift pattern, easy to plan outside of shifts being 4 on 4 off. Good staff relationships if you can keep up morale through the hard days.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape and beaurocracy constricting the basics of the job making simple things tedious and long winded. Constant abuse from HGV drivers by telling them to do their job well within your rights. Go home mentally worn down from trying to do too much work when given too little time. Lots of managerial offloading so clerical staff end up doing managerial jobs without the authority or inclination to do so.
