      Work with GXO is like working at home with the Family. I had that Welcome feel right from the beginning. It is not easy when you change the job after 10 years working with the same Company but here at GXO made it easy for me. I feel Welcome to work everyday, I feel Safe, I feel I am part of a great Organisation. Because of this I can Deliver results and make an Impact.

      Cons

      There is nothing to dislike here at GXO. It is a great Organisation. However, if you are not committed to do your part, it is not for you.

      Great team, Opportunities, you learn everyday, great work life balance. Operations teams and leadership have a repour across the campus.

      Cons

      Important support Like are hard to work with and are slow to respond. We are slow to respond to the employees on market changing issues like wages.
