They don't pay enough. The commute to work is dangerous police are everywhere. I've gotten pulled on my way to work and other coworkers have been pulled over too. It's not a temp service and they run it like a prison temp service hybrid. They have a strict points system and lie about how the points work. They say they accumulate back after six months. That is a lie. If you are certified in absolutely anything DO NOT APPLY. There is no room for growth even when you are getting the education for elevation and to be asset. You will remain on the bottom. They lie about the pay. They told us we were going to get a $1 raise after training and another after 90 days. That was a lie. I spoke to some of the warehouse workers who have been here for years. They told me they have never seen a $1 raise. Another warehouse worker I spoke to said they only gave them a $0.37 raise for the fours years he has been here. I've gotten my car repossessed while working here because They lied about the pay. I've had so many financial mishaps dealing with this job and they will cause more. They claim they care about mental health and put signs up in the building promoting care for your mental health. I was a mental wreck because I was trying to manage living with such low pay and not being able to pay all my bills. I went to my therapist for help trying to cope. I had the doctors note. I still got pointed, they don't care about mental health. They just say they care because its trendy. I've lived with cancer for 6 years and my job knows this. So I have to go doctors appointments, my life depends on it. Literally. I explained to my boss that I was sick and I didn't have a choice to come in. I said to him the only reason I'm here is because I have bills and the point system here is so strict. I was told I have good work ethic. So because I'm forced to out my health to the side for my job THAT MEANS I HAVE GOOD WORK ETHIC. That is not good work ethic that is abuse and slavery. The job has shoe giveaways all the time. Here is the problem. They let the employees pick new nice shoes and still underpay them. We have been threatened with termination is we care caught selling them. They told us if they see the shoes they gave us online for sell we will be automatically terminated. So how are we supposed to get extra money to take care of home? They refuse to pay us a higher wage to compete with the cost of living and we better not try to make more than what they give us. Its not enough. I do not condone working here for absolutely anybody. I don't care if you are homeless. DON'T WORK HERE I REPEAT DON'T WORK HERE.
