Pros

It was always a goal to work here - I'm fully invested in thought leadership and impacts and outcomes of CS in organizations. If you want to learn guitar? Sit with John Mayer (and many others). . Want to learn about wine? Go to a Master Sommelier. You want to know how to be a thought leader and best in class CSM or CS leader? Gainsight. I am completely driven by our mission to achieve business goals while being "human first". I find it an absolute honor to get to work here and am a sponge to become the best CS leader I can be. We arguably have the best C-Suite anywhere. I'm obsessed with our product offering and excited to see how it's progressing to once again lead the charge in the market by offering something unique in value (CS+PX+Insided).

Cons

Anywhere you go, you will have challenges. Is it perfect? nope. We are moving at lightning speed (like many successful SaaS companies) - that leads to bumps in the road - not unique in any way. What IS unique is this culture, the energy in the air when we're all working together, and the belief I have in what this company is doing. My only real "complaint" is work/life balance. Everyone here is so committed to seeing this organization succeed and our customer succeed. Some of this is the economic climate and everyone is "doing more with less" acrossed multiple companies
