The reason Gainsight is an employer of choice is because it has 3 main ingredients that everyone is looking for in a company. The first is Leadership, one of the most engaged and human first individuals that you can talk to about anything. The way they pull back the curtain and share with the wider organization exactly what is on the horizon is refreshing to see. Is not everyday you can slack your CEO and start a chat about the latest Ted Lasso episode and debrief...LOL. Second is Culture, an environment that encourages the sharing of ideas with no judgement.
