Pros

- Everyone who works here is genuinely nice and easy to work with - Unlimited PTO (and they really do mean it!) - Managers that will help you bring your new and creative ideas to life while helping you problem solve any areas you are struggling with - You can grow in this company!

Cons

Gainsight has recently acquired a company and hired a large number of employees, which has resulted in a few growing pains. However, through this change, the company culture stays the same.
