      Pros

      The culture at Gainsight is amazing! I love the energy and friendships that I get to enjoy every single day! The work that gets completed daily is not the easiest, but it is rewarding at the end of the day! The Gainsight software is steady and reliable, which makes it easier to stand behind the product.

      Cons

      Like many salaried employees, the workload is enough to keep you busy for more than 40 hours per week. The metrics that are required, in order to achieve the full bonus amount, are stretched and strenuous. Plan to work extra hours to achieve the payout.

      Gainsight really is a human first company that cares about the culture, values and experience of teammates.

      Cons

      Get ready to jump on the never slowing Gainsight train! Although there are many knowledgeable, long-time employees who are here to help get you up to speed... it's a very sink or swim environment. To be a great candidate for employment at gainsight, it's best if you enjoy a fast-paced and complex / challenging workload. Be prepared to have lots to do every day!

      Best-in-class culture that extends beyond a paragraph on the website and is demonstrated in day-to-day work. One of the best healthcare packages I've seen in my professional career (USA) along with unlimited PTO. A C-suite that connects with its employees and actively listens.

      Cons

      Lack of stock options, 401k match, or tuition reimbursement.
