Pros

This company operates with an inherent unconditional positive regard and is by far the most uplifting, supported, positive, constructive, forward-thinking, caring, aware, loving and genuine company that I have ever worked for or with. This extends beyond our own logo into our customers and it is such a relief to know that it is possible to win in business while being Human First.

Cons

This company moves very quickly. I love this, but some may not. However, most often when companies move this quickly it can be frustrating and not always well communicated, and here our moves are both quick and calculated and rather than being put off by this pace I have been inspired to jump in and surrender to the flow and I'm happier for it.
