      Pros

      -The team I am on works together well -My team lead is very positive and helpful -The office is enjoyable to come to -The office culture is superb -Informative company wide meetings -"Modular" working environment -There are more I could list but I would be going on all day

      Cons

      -With my short time here I cannot say I have any so far, we need more dogs in office? haha

      Pros

      There aren't many opportunities in life to work for a company that isn't seeking to disrupt an existing market, but rather to create a new one. That bold vision and thoughtful execution has catapulted the role of Customer Success Manager to recognition as one of CNN's 'Best Jobs in America' in 2017, and as a result, Gainsight as the leader of this new Customer Success movement. The work is hard, but incredibly fulfilling. What I appreciate most about Gainsight is that senior leadership is attentive to the strain that scale can put on employees, and very transparent about challenges when they are surfaced. This constant self-assessment and push to do better for both teammates as well as shareholders is what makes Gainsight truly a great place to work.

      Cons

      I mentioned this above but scaling is very hard, especially for a company of high ambition like Gainsight. The hours can be long, but it's less of a 'con' if you genuinely believe in the mission of the business and feel challenged and supported in your role.

      - Very strong and approachable executive management - Everyone helps out - there are no fiefdoms - Robust solution offering in a space Gainsight created

      Cons

      - Still a relatively small company; expect to rollup your sleeves and get out of your comfort zone - While growing, the customer success space is still in nascency and higher risk
