Pros

CEO is extremely "down to earth" and likable. Friendly environment by the day to day team

Cons

Overworked - hard to manage 100+ clients/people when your head count is less than 3 and certain departments wont budge for even an intern. certain teams/departments are favored - Sales is a given that are favored heavily in any company, but the people that turn the wheels internally, that is a different story.
