Flexible work hours. Above average comp. Work is there. Also coffee, tea available.

Cons

Get ready to hear lot of good things which is already built. Soon after you will find yourself swimming in an ocean of issues. People here need refresher course on how to run product/engineering. Right person for right job is something to be re-looked across org. Bogus council members, managers, leaders. Turned a flat reporting structure to hierarchical by creating unwanted roles.

Pros

I enjoyed working with Gainsight. Good work culture in most of the team, free lunch every Wednesday. HRs are very friendly. People are very supportive and friendly here except few (Which is anyways common in India). Few bullet points to note: 1. Nice environment 2. Good perks 3. Really Child like joy culture 4. If you want to learn and ready for the challenge in career, yes you will enjoy the stay in Gainsight

Cons

1. Mid-Management (few) is somehow ruining the Gainsight culture in India 2. Many managers started micro-management 3. Excel is everything for some managers
