Best place for an Intern

Pros

I have interned at multiple places as a student. However, working at Gainsight I felt like I truly learned the experience or the life as a true intern. Meaning I learned so much and managed to have fun while doing it. I am almost at 11 months strong and I have never felt so comfortable and excited to graduate from school knowing that I am ready to take on anything. Especially Customer Success. The experience is very fast pace,but it is also very fun as well. I am so blessed to have been given this opportunity working for Gainsight.

Cons

More team building activities would be fun. We have our weekly Friday evening activities, but having them outside of the office every now and then would be fun!

Pros

Work is challenging and work atmosphere stress free. Talented people and a resident superhero (will get to know the joke if u join our team :)) Get to work in emerging technology as well as a hot new domain. People who keep their ears open and mind active will gain a lot of domain expertise.

Cons

A few processes both engineering as well as HR need to be streamlined. Work can occasionally be a bit hectic

Cons

It's a young company and some processes are in the initial stage. if you are the type of person who is very much process oriented, then it may be a challenge.
