You see the exec team and leaders consistently demonstrating each of the 5 core values especially when times are tough: over communicating, clarity, enabling people managers to do the same. Benefits are incredibly comprehensive and generous globally - the company clearly looks for every opportunity to care for employees: world class parental leaves, they cover 100% of the employee only premium in the US etc.
