Great cultrure, with room to streamline processes

Pros

CEO is great, really believes in the company culture and values Growth opportunities Remote and flexible work options are a huge perk

Cons

Processes can feel overly complex or layered, slowing down execution and teams. As is typical for all SaaS companies, Pay raises have been minimal over the last few years, often struggling with budgetary constraints. No 401k match. Management communications to junior employees are often limited, leading to confusion and delays on projects.
