Pros

Great team, great culture, the remote lifestyle can be tough!

Cons

The economic downturn was difficult, as was their private equity ownership, resulting in lay-offs at all levels in the Marketing org.

Pros

Gainsight is all about empowering its teammates, from offering tons of training and support to ensuring success for all - from teammates to customers. The company is always looking ahead and making prudent, forward-thinking changes to respond to the market. What really stands out is the human-first mindset—you can see it in how we treat each other and our customers, not to forget the transparency from all levels of leadership. Plus, there's this incredible vibe of child-like joy woven into our culture, which makes work not just fulfilling but genuinely fun.

Cons

None that I can think of at this time.
