The culture at Gainsight is amazing! I love the energy and friendships that I get to enjoy every single day! The work that gets completed daily is not the easiest, but it is rewarding at the end of the day! The Gainsight software is steady and reliable, which makes it easier to stand behind the product.

Cons

Like many salaried employees, the workload is enough to keep you busy for more than 40 hours per week. The metrics that are required, in order to achieve the full bonus amount, are stretched and strenuous. Plan to work extra hours to achieve the payout.

To be a great candidate for employment at gainsight, it's best if you enjoy a fast-paced and complex / challenging workload. Be prepared to have lots to do every day!
