Best-in-class culture that extends beyond a paragraph on the website and is demonstrated in day-to-day work. One of the best healthcare packages I've seen in my professional career (USA) along with unlimited PTO. A C-suite that connects with its employees and actively listens.

Cons

Lack of stock options, 401k match, or tuition reimbursement.

After an established, successful career in a different industry, Gainsight marks a new beginning for me in my 2nd career. The team has supported me and encouraged me through this transition every step of the way. The culture, the people, the mission statement... it's all part of the magic sauce.

Cons

A company that grows as quickly as Gainsight is bound to face some growing pains. Processes aren't always crystal clear, and the amount of tribal knowledge makes it difficult for new teammates to find answers when trying to self-serve. The company has pivoted though and constantly seeks ways to efficiently solve for these issues in the name of Success For All!
